Overview

Developed for a Japanese heavy machinery manufacturer with global exports to over 20 countries. The client required visibility on machine usage in offline conditions to plan maintenance and spares.

Problem Statement

Field operators did not provide consistent usage data, making it difficult for the OEM to predict part replacements or validate service claims.

Our Solution

SIOT designed a rugged, offline-logging device to track runtime, log usage locally, and allow handheld or plug-and-play data retrieval. Field testing is ongoing; full launch is targeted for March 2026.
