Overview

A POC engagement for a government water board in Sri Lanka aiming to retrofit pulse-output meters from major OEMs (Elster) with smart communication.

Problem Statement

Existing meters required manual reading, leading to errors, delays, and inefficiency. Budge constraints prevented full meter replacement.

Our Solution

SIOT developed a battery-powered, NB-IoT-enabled module to interface with pulse outputs. The device logs and transmits usage securely, fitting legacy infrastructure.
